I called the rent office, the regional office, all the way up to Ed Zeman himself, and NOBODY had the courage to reply, or admit any wrongdoing on the part of the company.

Poor management. Robbin, the manager avoids every problem and never gets back to you. Do not rent from Zeman homes!! Not friendly at all. The homes are so cheaply built with cracks everywhere which allows ants to get in and they do not want to take care of the problem. Biggest mistake ever moving here!!
I live here. You don't want to live here. The management doesn't care about you. Your sole purpose is to pay rent for the privilege of paying rent again next month. They lost my money order, and had the gall to demand I pay them a second time, after I called and found out that the money order was cashed by them.
